Melissa is the CEO and Founder of Top Tier Taskers, LLC and brings years of experience in customer service, business operations, and leadership, backed by her degree in Business Management. She is passionate about building a company rooted in integrity, organization, and reliability. Melissa naturally takes on the role of caretaker and problem solver within the team, always looking for ways to improve efficiency, maximize strengths, and ensure clients receive the highest level of support possible.

Cassidy – Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Cassidy serves as the COO of Top Tier Taskers and holds a degree in Communications. She is the driving force behind the company’s daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and clients are consistently taken care of. Known for her organization and leadership, Cassidy keeps the team running smoothly and serves as the operational backbone of the company.

Jake – Executive Coordinator

Jake brings valuable hands-on asphalt industry experience to Top Tier Taskers. Having grown up in the industry, he has experience ranging from operating equipment to assisting with sales and strategic planning. As Executive Coordinator, Jake plays a major role in operational support and works closely alongside Melissa in leading the company’s DOT Compliance Department, helping ensure clients meet federal regulations and compliance requirements.

Nevaeh – Office Coordinator

Nevaeh serves as the Office Coordinator and provides direct support to both the CEO and COO in handling day-to-day office operations. She is also instrumental in coordinating and distributing marketing and advertising materials for clients across the country. Her organization, consistency, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities make her an essential part of the team.

Tim – DOT Compliance Support Consultant

Tim is a strong supporter of the company and brings extensive experience in DOT compliance and company setup procedures. Over the years, he has helped establish multiple companies with proper DOT compliance systems and regulations. His knowledge and mentorship played a significant role in the creation of Top Tier Taskers’ dedicated DOT Compliance Department, helping the company expand its services to better support clients nationwide.
